Speed bag platform easily adjusts higher and lower for different size athletes or bags being hung. Includes a main arm heavy-duty I-bolt for hanging a heavy bag up to 100 lbs, two side stations with I-bolts for hanging double end bag(s) and/or light or specialty heavy bag(s) up to 60 lbs, and two weight bars for adding additional stabilizing weights.
