This is a great tool for utilizing all of the space at the gym and can be mounted at varying heights to accommodate a wide range of athletes of all ages and heights. The unit also includes additional wrap-around straps so that it can convert a beam or small tree into another workstation.  Constructed with thick, rip-stop nylon that is both water repellent and highly durable. Wall unit measures 29” (length) x 10” (height.) Each target is 8” x 8” and 2” thick.  Straps will fit any beam that is anywhere from 19” – 28” around (circumference.) Mounting hardware not included.
